Kohl's Marketplace更像一整套交易中枢

Kohl’s Marketplace 的所有操作，都是在一个后台系统中完成的。在这个系统里，每天会反复接触以下四个模块：

商品模块（Catolog）：负责商品信息、价格、图片
库存模块（Stock）：维护可售数量
订单模块（Order）：处理订单与发货
财务模块（Accounting）：查看结算与扣款

👉 但和亚马逊不同的是，这四个模块是强关联的：

商品信息出错 → 审核不过
库存不准 → 订单异常
订单延迟 → 影响账户表现
财务数据 → 需要自己二次核算

这个后台的集成网络，主要用于打通卖家与各类外部系统之间的连接。通过该网络，

卖家可以对接多种电商平台：Shopify、Magento 以及 Salesforce Commerce Cloud；

同时也支持接入各类市场聚合工具：Beezup、IZI、Flux、Lengow 和 Shopping Feed 等。

此外，该集成目前也开始支持包括Home Depot（家得宝）、Lowes（劳氏）在内的多个大平台。

关于收款

指定派安盈（Payoneer）

Kohl’s 不支持多种收款方式，要求使用 Payoneer。经常有卖家疑问，这不是本土平台吗？不是跨境才用第三方吗？但是确实是这样，包括沃尔玛（绑定钱包或者P卡）、Kohl's、Bestbuy等多个平台都有指定Payoneer或某些其他第三方机构作为首款。

卖家需要完成以下收款设置：

可以通过三种方式上传商品：

下载模板，用表格（CSV/XLS）批量填写后上传
使用后台提供的工具整理数据
通过 API 对接系统

（每个商品必须包含的参数信息：SKU、标题、描述、价格、库存、图片。）

3️⃣创建商品报价

(1)设置商品价格

①为每个 SKU 设置销售价格；②价格需考虑 Kohl’s Cash 抵扣后的实际收入；③注意不同尺寸或颜色 SKU 可以单独设置价格；

(2)配置库存数量

①确保库存真实可售；②库存量应与实际仓库一致，避免超卖；③建议设置最小库存预警，及时补货；

(3)选择发货方式

①支持自发货；②可结合后台集成系统或第三方物流系统；③配置预计发货时间，影响订单处理 KPI；

(4)附加设置

①SKU 是否参与促销；②是否允许部分发货；③产品重量和尺寸信息（物流计算用）。

🔔退货期限：①Kohl's信用卡交易：120天；②非Kohl's交易：90天；③婴儿登记处商品：365天。

⭕特殊处理政策

损坏商品：客户无需退回商品、也无需提供损坏照片，Kohl's直接处理退款；

未送达商品：以客户陈述为准（即使有签收记录也优先相信客户），Kohl's客服决定退款。
